The Village at Spanish Oaks is the final phase of development in the 1,200-acre Spanish Oaks master-planned community. Comprising approximately 76 acres between State Highway 71 and Little Barton Creek, the Village is planned to provide a number of residential opportunities as well as amenities for the area, including boutique retail shops, restaurants, service-oriented retail, and recreational trails as well as Class A office space and the Inn & Spa at Spanish Oaks.
Guided by a 1999 Development Agreement with the City of Bee Cave, CCNG Inc., the developer of Spanish Oaks, has teamed with Greenbrier Southwest Corporation of Scottsdale to bring world-class master-planning to The Village. Greenbrier Southwest principals led development of the internationally acclaimed Kierland and Kierland Commons projects in Phoenix, as well other mixed-use and hospitality developments in Arizona and Texas. The Village project team also includes Overland Partners of San Antonio (master plan), Ten Eyck Landscape Architects of Austin (landscape), LJA Engineers (civil engineering) and ARUP (environmental engineering)
The goals of this project are
- to complete the development of the 1,200-acre Spanish Oaks master plan in a way that complements the luxury and quality of the existing golf course community
- to bring additional residential offerings to Spanish Oaks
- to bring village-scale amenities to residents of Spanish Oaks and adjacent neighborhoods that will reduce the need to travel on Highway 71
- to offer residents of Bee Cave a new, locally focused restaurant and retail experience
More information will be provided on this page as The Village at Spanish Oaks progresses.
